Did you see Beyonce working it at the 2013 Superbowl? If not, look it up because she had amazing outfits, dance moves, and a cameo of her old Destiny Child’s group members. Look at three ladies working it in black leather and lace details.
I had to find out who was the mastermind behind this dramatic look.
I found out the creator of this look is Rubin Singer. Here is one of his sketch’s for Beyonce’s Superbowl look.
According to peoplestylewatch.com, ” Rubin Singer is a third-generation couturier who lived in Russia and Paris before moving to New York, where he landed a gig as an associate designer for Oscar de la Renta.”
After being mesmerized by Beyonce on stage I need some black lace in my life. Here are some items I want to make my life a little more fabulous like Beyonce and those moves from “Single Ladies.”
As a grad student I spent more time on campus and with my backpack then I do with a fun and fancy purse. This backpack would make my Monday through Friday a little more fun. It’s on trend right now with the lace print.
How fun are these? I wonder if Beyonce or Rubin Singer would ever pair these with ankle boots? I want to try these out with ankle boots. Again, I spend most of my time in class but this lace sock lets me play with the current trend and accessorize my more conservative grad school looks.
This entire look from www.moddeals.com is totally channeling Beyonce’s Superbowl look. I can’t wear this Monday through Friday and I bet most of you can not either. But, this blouse I could pair under a v-neck sweater to let the white collar pop. Or, with a white tank underneath. Then, on the weekend I could wear it like the model is with a bandeau and letting some skin peek-a-boo through the lace.
Have fun with the lace trend just like Beyonce, Kelly, and Michelle did! What did you think of the performance? Who’s was your favorite look: Beyonce, Kelly, or Michelle.
I vote Michelle!
